The beer bottling process involves thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing both the bottles and lids before attaching a hose and bottle filling device to the fermenter.
The bottles are then filled from the bottom up to 5cm from the top and two carbon drops are added to each bottle. The bottles are left to cure for an additional 3 weeks.
A small amount of the fresh fermented beer was left over for a first falvour test. OMG.....it is already amazing and it will be a long 3 weeks of waiting until it is ready. Can't wait.
